You can log in with your email. We’ll send you a one-time code directly to your inbox, so no need to remember another password.

Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout by our courier partner, Australia Post. Orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in Australia.

International Shipping

Yes. At the moment, we ship to New Zealand, Canada, the USA (subject to some restrictions), China, Ireland, and the UK. International shipping fees and any customs duties will be calculated at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, free from perfume, makeup, or any signs of wear.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, exchanges are possible for different sizes or styles, provided the item is in original condition. For both returns and exchanges, please contact us at hello@butteronmilk.com within 7 days.

Who covers return shipping?

Customers are responsible for shipping fees on returns and exchanges.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We ship most orders the next business day. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please email us at hello@butteronmilk.com as soon as possible. Requests sent after 3pm may not be read in time.

Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?

Our products are always packaged beautifully. Perfect for gifting yourself or a loved one. If you’d like us to include a handwritten note, contact us right after placing your order (before we ship it).

Do you sell gift cards?

Not at the moment.

How should I wash my pajamas?

Each piece includes a care label with washing instructions. If you’re unsure, you can always email us at hello@butteronmilk.com for guidance.

Do you have a physical store or showroom?

Not yet, Butter on Milk is currently online only.
